What we collect

• Visiting the site. This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and operation of the site.
• Emailing us. If you email us, we use your name, address and message to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps toward a contract when you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purpose it was sent for, or as required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Write to us at the address above. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
